Terms of Subscription Contract (For residents outside Japan)

• The subscription is available as an annual contract.
• Subscription cancellation before the end of the contract term must be made by the 20th of the month prior to the actual month of cancellation. The refund amount will be calculated by multiplying the monthly subscription fee of 32,400 yen by the number of months the service was provided and deducting this from the full service fee paid to arrive at the refundable balance. Refund will be made in Japanese yen.
• The service fee is to be paid in an advance lump-sum payment through a bank transfer. Please see the invoice for details of the procedure.
• The subscription contract will commence as soon as acknowledgement of the subscription application is sent from Nikkei Inc.
• One login ID per subscription contract is provided for access to the NIKKEI REAL ESTATE MARKET REPORT. Use of the same login ID by multiple users is not permitted.
• The information that you registered, such as your address and e-mail address, may be used for communication from Nikkei. It may also be used by Nikkei and its group companies for sending announcements (publications, exhibitions, seminars, etc.),questionnaires, and information on products/services of the advertisers. The terms above shall be applied to every subscription contract.
• The address column information will be recorded in Japanese even if filled out using alphabetical letters.

【ご契約について(日本国外用)】

• ご契約は1年単位とさせていただきます。
• 中途解約の場合は解約月の前月20日までにご連絡ください。ご解約される場合は、月額32,400円×サービスご提供済月数分をご入金額から差し引いた金額で精算、返金させていただきます。
• サービス料金のお支払いは一括前払いでお願いいたします。お支払いは銀行振込となります。ご請求書を参照の上、お手続きください。
• サービスの契約は日本経済新聞社からの購読の礼状を発送したことをもって成立とさせていただきます。
• 「NIKKEI REAL ESTATE MARKET REPORT」は、1件の利用契約に対して、日本経済新聞社で登録を行った1IDでのみログインできるものとします。なお1つのIDで複数ユーザーがログインすることはできません。
• ご記入いただいた住所やE-Mailアドレスなどに、日本経済新聞社からの事務連絡のほか、日本経済新聞社および日本経済新聞社グループ会社から、各種ご案内(刊行物、展示会、セミナー等)やアンケート、広告主等の製品やサービスのご案内をさせていただく場合があります。ご同意の上、お申し込みください。
• ご住所欄へアルファベットでご記入いただいた場合には、ご登録の際には、日本語表記とさせていただきます。
